Leadership coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, families, or organizations.

Coaching session can include one or more family members. Coaching session can be conducted either in person or over the telephone.

Leadership coaching is not for everyone. Leadership coaching is not a form of individual or family therapy. While personal coaching sometimes addresses emotional or relational issues, it might not be advisable for healing emotional pain or for the treatment of psychological or behavioral disorders.
